getting on a plane on a Sunday

Headed back to West Virginia today.
I have felt soooo good out here in the west and southwest. No fatique, even when I traveled all day or was somewhat stressed at the AIRS conference.
So my apprehension about 'going home' is about my health. Its been so frustrating to feel bad so much of the time in both WV and PA.

I woke from a terrible work dream. Its lingering.

Once again I am staying in Sunday. Its the only way I get thru the days really. Just one day at a time.
