I'm a mall walker!

So ok I only did it for the first time but we went around and around a ga zillon times--no I didn't count but was there at least an hour. Maybe because of the exercise I was able to stay awake longer on a Thursday nite. Too damn cold outside to go to the park and besides the mall footing is FLAT!!! The park all hills. Very little flat walking in WV, you should see me struggle in the driveway, nevermind--its embarrassing. But go ahead, you try it--get out of the car slanted on a hillside. But I can see the sky from the top of our hill and some pretty sunsets.

And talk about living in the moment, we watched a light comedy movie, very cute--50 first dates--All she had was today.

I don't want to jinx it by counting the days but I think this is my 3rd or 4th day of feeling pretty good--yeah arm still hurts--but no depression. Oh god I am so grateful.

Sad news last nite that Emma has Lupus. I understand it to be chronic not fatal but its alot for her and her family to accept and adjust.

No word on the outcome of the interview this week.
