Went to the gync this morning. Not so bad been going yearly since I was 17 years old. FOr the last 6 years I've Been fighting all the screens they want to me go thru. told my sonsor this morning I've fought those tests for all these years and she said guess you'll be going for a colonoscopy huh? Yeah, and ovarian cancer screen and mammomagraphy. Oh help me this taking care of myself has gone too far. Was at the dentist earlier in the week for a repair. enuff!!!

well, its been very grey all day. Have got to look for that sunbox.
