scarey water woes

There is no school for the entire week because of the water problem. I have often felt like I've gone back in time since I moved to WV. But now its downright scarey that this could happen in the US.

I'm headed to a city this morning for a meeting with the disability people about their disaster planning. My two Alanon meetings I attend each week are in this city. Hubby is traveling with me--he wants to buy biking gear so he can begin bicyling early says hes antsy. I'm going to see what I can do to get him to look around up there for a reasonable place to live. Its a wonderful dream to be on the rail trail but not a practical application for our life. Cross your fingers, wish me luck and pray. This man has been stubborn about moving out of his comfort zone. And exactly how is boiling water several times a year for weeks on end comfortable? Oy vey!
