to have had time alone the last two days

to not have to be alone tonite

for sponsees who make me work my program harder

that Cynthia's grandson is out of a coma and alive after falling from the 2nd story
he is only 2

that even tho my sponsor is on vacation I do have an Alanon sister I can talk to

that I am human, make mistakes, can ask for forgiveness and for character defects to be removed--- of course I needed to talk to someone to discover that yet again it is bigshotism hindering me at work and my not loving my aunt unconditionally that is hurting me, not her
