Monday Monday

Picked up another sponsee Sunday morning. Her youngest son went to jail Sat nite and her oldest one in treatment. I know its not me I know its God working in both of our lives. She's got 2 whole meetings under her belt.

bummers:
one sponsee having so much trouble surrendering to simple program of getting to meetings and calling her sponsor

movie License to Wed---what a disappointment

wanting to cut n run from work

large piles of papers and laundry have accumlated

the minister at my church left to go back home to SC, yesterday he preached his last

blessings:
another sponsee calling aforementioned sponsee who is not calling and not because I asked her to

I went to the movie yesterday with a new friend, she is AA, when the police called her name from the back of the theatre I stayed in my seat and waited without speculating what it might be about or how I could "help". They just needed her to move her car.

I am not acting out a cut n run from work. I am trusting God's timing on this.

Laundry and papers are diminishing. What a blessing to have so much to do--clothes to wear and projects to accomplish

The minister told me firmly not to go away now. I will miss both him and his wife for all their kindness, support and fellowship. I will miss them but I will stay.

Life goes on somehow. Days pass each 24 hours I get to begin again even tho I don't know why or what it is I am supposed to be doing. I keep praying for knowledge, courage and grace and what I keep getting is love. I am so blessed.

Glad that you have found solutions to the bummers. I find them if I think and take time. Patience is good for me. It makes me work through things that I used to rush. Life in slow motion is a good thing.

great great list!!! whoa..you are in some gratitude. I'm sorry, I can not imagine a police officer calling out someones name in a theater....I'd be all kinds of nervous...and I have not broke the law in years. I love to see that you are taking such action right now...that's great honey bunny.
