Great! Just when I got up early, prayed, did my reading, got ready, got my lunch and snacks ready, got out the door almost on time, determined to really take care of me today. Put my feet in my program, no eating stupid, get some exercise and feel NOT CRANKY because I have gotten myself back to some discipline. I cannot do it by myself.
