bugged in Monroe, LA
Oh God, it was pretty awful night. I fell asleep early 9:30 I think and I woke around 10:45 feeling something on the back of my neck. I pushed it away but I felt it again. I sat up quick and turned on the light in time to see it scurry off the bed. The roaches here are huge and I saw one fly from the tv to the floor later. No really, it was huge! I saw it in the bathroom the day before but fantasized maybe it would just disappear. I went to the living room turned on the oveerhead lite and went back to sleep oh about 2 to 5. I hate hate hate roaches and bats.
I aasked for maybe other housing but I'd be happy to stay if they spray or something.
Yeeech!

ewwwwwwwwwwww.....but as they would say, welcome to the south! Especially Louisiana. I don't think there was an establishment I went in that I didn't see at least one of the 6 legged varieties. They're everywhere.
Susie's hubby is going to be in Miss & Ala working for an insurance adjuster measuring houses for walls and roofs. Leaving Saturday and flying in to Biloxi. His brother has been doing it for a week and it's proven to be a pretty lucrative deal.
