Fancy schmancy huh?
This is the condo we are considering in downtown Morgantown. The other one that interests us is in Cheat Lake AREA. NOT BY THE LAKE!!!

This one pictured has a loft but the one we would purchase does not, would be on a first floor on the end and is lots less $ than this one. Small, only 850 square feet. But all new, brand new. Close to a city park and nearby the rail trail.

I keep reminding Harold that we are not going to be impulsive. Its a big decision. I would love to live somewhere comfortable and stay for more than a few years. I really wish it were in Allentown but oh well...its not.
