Hey, after a long look and talking to sponsor & hubby, that masters in communications studies is going to take way too long the way it is set up (4 years or so off campus or 1 year full time on campus) and maybe not be what I'm really looking to do even if it appeals to me cause it would be so easy for me--- So my question to you is--- do you have any knowledge of how to get into a career path (especially one that might pay for schooling) in Homeland Security? I am doing footwork on it but I thought I'd throw it out there.

I don't know about the homeland security thing. I do know that it took less than 2 years to get my masters - and that was working full time.
I am with MC. Mitch is obtaining his Masters and workign full time too. Now that you are not on dial up, perhaps you can investigate extension programs, those universities that offer onLine classes.
Be sure to use the Kleenex with lotion so you nose won't dry up.
