my soul is hungry for meaning, my pockets hungry for cash to travel

the observation of Rabbi Harold Kushner:

"Our souls are not hungry for fame, comfort, wealth, or power. Those rewards create almost as many problems as they solve. Our souls are hungry for meaning, for the sense that we have figured out how to live so our lives matter, so the world will be at least a little bit different for our having passed through it."

Theres whiteout going on here on my hill today. I am happily ensounced today working at home. So far I've quite a few projects completed. I'm thrilled with my powerpoint, it was more fun than work this time! Chicken Little Meets Little Red Hen. I submitted the concept to be a presenter at a conference this summer. We'll see what happens.

Today noooo yesterday oh when we decided the car needed snow tires AND I was thinking about getting to Helena's birthday party----she'll be THREE!!! I realized I really need to make more money and that crafts and Arbonne aren't going to give me the extra income I'm looking for. I don't quite know what to do. I love my job now. Its just meant a cut in income.

Well, I'm sure happy that I don't have to think about walking up the hill today. It means I won't get the massage or hair trimmed I was hoping to get but there's always a price to pay.

Back to work. Enjoy your today.

I am glad your Powerpoint presentation is coming along. I know how frustrating certain software applications can be. In the end, I realize I learned a lot thru the painful process.

Helena turns 3. Ahhhh, how adorable is that.

Muah!

Doing something you love is such a gift. God will take care of all the other details.

Happy Wednesday or Thursday depending on when you read this :)
