It would be so boring to discuss the continuing water woes so I won't. I can tell you we are still conserving and boiling. When will it end?

blessed today with sunshine even tho its only 20 degrees out there. But I am inside. I did head to the gym early this morning when it was 12 and am happy to stay in unless I get a call from the DM to come get a massage.

I am blessed. Life is good even if it is calm and peaceful for today again. I can take it. Go ahead throw all the calm days at me you can. I'll show you. I don't have to create a crisis eally I don't.

I hear spring is on the way.

Oh, news in WV, almost forgot. The county north of us---300 teachers called in with the blue flu. They are working up to a statewide strike. They are protesting the 3.5% raise that they waited 15 years to get. They want 6%. Teachers and school personnel didn't raise a fuss about their wages until the Gov gave the legislators a 66% raise. Could it be he was rewarding them for passing the bills he wanted? Hhmmmm
It wil be interesting to see what comes of this strike. Teachers get paid so little, 47th in the country, it will be difficult for them to strike without pay for too long. DM works for the school system. He has 12 years in, a Masters in Speech Pathology and 45. And he makes less than 40K/yr. If we lived most anywhere else he'd make double what he makes now. And beofre you think its cheap to live in WV let me tell you that they truck in all our food, there are no farms on these hillsides and it is expensive to live here. No manufacturing, no tax base, no jobs, more seniors than boomers or youth. Oh dear did I go into drama. Yeh baby
