life's terms
Damn, life's terms are harsh sometimes.
Ok, out of my self pity. Had a nice long hot shower and a conversation with Jane's sponsor. Jane's son Casey died in Boston at college and his roommmate found him when he returned after being away for the weekend. Its very likely drug and/or alcohol related Casey having been in rehab in the past...
Jane like me wanted her son to have a different story and instead hers has now changed...
So pray please for Jane and her family affected by this yet another senseless disease related death. Thank you.

God, I'm very sorry. What a tragedy for all concerned. I can't imagine what Jane must be feeling. I feel very sad for those who still suffer.
I prays that Jane and her family be strong. Even in death, her son still carry the message what drugs/alcohol can do to you.
You are all in my prayers.
As I read your post, I had this overwhelming feeling of deja vu that made me shutter and brought tears to my eyes. Please let Jane know that there are lots of people out here that don't know her that offer condolenses and empathy. Like you, her path is greatly altered and I pray she finds the strength that you have. I'm glad you're there for her.

Oh Christine, I am sory for the loss of your friends' son. I agree with Noor, that through his death, he is carrying a message. Be good to you, as you are there for your friend.

Oh man! Jane is definately in my prayers. And to think I have been struggling with self pity lately. Thanks for the jolt of reality
