Blessings:
Hot & humid outside with some rainy spells
cool and dry inside
I can see butterflies and bluebirds from this window
The house is quiet and so are my insides
I can start any and every day over at any time of the day. Monday is a good day to begin one day at a time enjoying God's gift of today
Newcomers at last night's meeting
Working from home
Gone and back from gym--muscles hurt good
its time for lunch!

It is a good day. Everyday is a good day these days. And yes it's nice to start it over if I need to. Thanks for the list of blessings.

I love it when my insides are quiet...that's not always easy. Glad you were able to find that, after the week you've had.
Be sure to ice your muscles when need be and stretch, your body will thank you for it. :)
These are wonderful blessings, seems like the butterflies are icing on the cake :)
