Yes, we realize that you would rather not. But you cannot simply wish these problems away. The time has come to deal with them, once and for all. It is especially important that you make an effort to make your home life more positive and upbeat. Your loved ones look to you to set the tone.

All you need to do is allow yourself to smile and wha-la, there is the SUNSHINE!
You are human, you are strong, you can and are rising above.
