I got to speak to Helena who said she knows her ABC's and she got to K. It is great to hear their voices and even better I will get to see them soon.

So I am on the road tomorrow prsenting disaster, for the last time? and then on the road to the Lehigh Valley for lunch with Leslie, dinner with Helena, KC want to come to have din din with H and me? Then to sleep at Roni's.

Boy am I happy all this exercising gives me so much energy otherwise I'd be pooped just thinking about it all. One day at a time.
