Bummers;
Missed church due to snow ice and laziness
New interium minister is rough and forthright in her manner

Last evenings meeting I did not step up to greet a newcomer
I was in a hurry to leave the meeting and did not hug anyone
I did not yell back into the meeting "good night"
I was only half there

Blessings
I will get to tuck my attitude in my pocket and participate next week in service to a Sunday school class--still surprised I was asked and still sorry I said yes

Maybe just maybe her way of doing things will infuse new life intothe church life

I had a wonderful time at Mountain Stage after the meeting. If you have a chance take a look at the musical group from Germany called the 17 Hippies--incredible talent and energy.

I get a chance to do more in the next meeting I attend, go be of service to the group and God. I am so not a failure...

Its Monday, my hands are not swollen, I am not physically hurting and I really did get a chance to get a little caught up in the office today.

I'm almost packed for this week's trip. I'm heading into the rural area of Buckhannon for an outreach trip into our elderly's homes to visit with them and help them with their unmet meeds. I love this job. I love my job. I get paid to visit a generation of people I love to visit with. I am blessed.
