another reality

For some reason when I try to get on my blog site--its in an unfamiliar language (not that I know any other language)--its not in English! I have no idea how to change it to get back to English--its crazy. Can anyone help? At least it shows up on my blog in English--this is very weird--I can't change the templates--yikes!
