birthday brights and blessings

Had a great birthday day altho I started off the day feeling negative. Sponsor told me I could start the day over and so i did my best to do that. She tried to tell me how loved I am but I wasn't buying it. So many birthdays have gone by unnoticed by others I love. So I expected little attention.

Got more attention, cards, notes, emails and calls than I expected.
Successful work program.
Met a man who turned 84 yesterday. Put things in a different perspective.

AND a whole conversation with Helena! She is now great on the phone being almost 4.

So ok, I hope to be done with being a poop.

Determined to put the ritual back in my spiritual. Put my feet in my program this morning, brought my lunch to spend time at gym at lunchtime-- eating out so often and not exercising make for a fat, lazy and miserable Christine.

No jury duty today, they came to an agreement.

Staying in an already sunshiney Tuesday. Be back Friday since surgery is planned for tomorrow 6am.

Oh yeah, moving back to the townhouse this weekend. Yesterday we discovered the peace shattered by unmufflered four wheelers and dirt bikes on a recordbreaking springlike day in January. On our walk we ran into Roach (I swear its his name) who complained about how it goes on all year long. So DM is no longer interested in buying property in Catawba.
