blessings on this Tuesday
to bed early means to arise early
prayer of thanks for being alive yet another day
prayer of knowledge of His Will and courage oh God I need courage not power
meditation and reading literature without rushing
prayer that some people read today's One Day at a Time page and take it to heart and stop believeing they can change their loved one
hot shower
not as bad hair day as yesterday
breakfast, the way I like breakfast
ready for the day and its only 6:45
My boss and her boss are coming to participate in my walk group this morning and then take me to lunch. I am confident they won't be giving me the boot so I am relaxed. I love my job! I get to get paid for walking!

Yep...some days I need courage and not power too.
I'm enjoying the day but needed to go to bed early like you did. I wanted to sleep in on this gray, chilly day.
Christine, where do I find the One Day At A Time page? All I have right now is a little pamphlet with the 12 steps on it.
I got lucky today. Was a beautiful day and got a nice walk in.
I think we all need to remind ourselves from time to time that we can't control or change anyone. Thanks for the reminder.
