yellow is color of the day

Went for my first bicycle ride of the year. Only 6 miles total but my legs are stronger than they were last year or so he says. Gonna go for the 10 miles next time well uh maybe.

Yellow blazes of color dotted the trail. Forcynthia were huge and loaded where no one lives but once was a thriving coal town. Pretty tiny yellow wildflowers too. Noother colors. No blooming pear trees here like I saw last week.

I have to remember to give myself a whole day to recover from trips away from here. And I do remember that I can start my day over no matter what time it is. The quartets they brought in for the chorus performance last night was terrific. And DM had a lot of fun too. We didn't get back until midnight last night.

Church has been becoming alot like Alanon around here. No one wants to do too much.
