I've not been to London visiting the queen--

Its good to be home. It was good to be away.

The conference was so rewarding. So many from Monroe LA there and so many hugs and so many of us feeling similarly--we were triggering memories seeing one another. Discovered disaster mental health--didn't know it existed and wish we'd had some debriefing before or after we were sent home. We know so much more now. Lots of lessons learned from that disaster.

I'm grandfathered onto the national disaster team. Need more trainings and thats ok, I like to learn. Will be called when & if needed even without all the trainings or cerrtifications for the first year.

Ardith and Rick showed me so much beauty of central WI. 43,000 acre wildlife preserve , glacier park/glen and botanical garden Just wow. I loved being on flat land and seeing so much farmland.

Got to 3 Alanon meetings, one open AA with a speaker. Its so awesome to get to meetings other than my own. It was great tho to get home in time to get to my Fri nite AA meeting. Cup filled.
