don't wanna believe but

Capricorn
December 21 - January 19
You can expect today to be a little bit intense, dear Capricorn. Even if you've made a conscious decision not to let everything get you down, you still may be harboring some negative emotions from the last few days. Take advantage of this opportune time to relieve stress. Talk to someone close to you or go out and whack a tennis ball. An artistic pursuit, such as sketching or photography, will help eliminate some of the negative energy that's still hanging around...

How do they do it? I don't want to believe in astrology----so then why do I look at it? I tell myself its just for fun but then...

Anyway my emotions close to the surface today. Sensitive is how I would dscibe it not intense and I had made a conscious decision not to be negative yesterday or today and beyond.

Mothers Day or any holiday I can make into a crying jag fest but I didn't. And I am grateful to have tools to stay under umbrella of today, today. Yesterday has passed.

Talked to my sponsor a bit ago and she passed on the wisdom of showing people how to do it, how to do Mother's Day. She suggested I show my step daughters how to do Fathers Day as an exmple WITHOUT mentioning Mother's Day.

Nik called and left message with him and Helena. Can you imagine a 3 yr old yelling Happy Mother's Day and then I love you Gran. My heart skipped many beats! Such love

Beautiful sunshiney days. Great days to play, who wants to work? Oh well, ready set...

ah, yes, the expectations of holidays that we often burden ourselves with. I moved through the same fuzzy logic of the day and managed to keep afloat too. So, here's to us Girlfriend!!! Happy Mother's Day!!!
Not a call from Tom, not a card from Jess and bearly an acknowledgement from Glenn. But my eyes stayed dry and my hands were busily planting the 500+plants I put in the ground.
Glad Nik & Helena called you...how to warm one's heart!! And yes, showing your stepdaughters how to do Father's Day your way might turn on the lightbulb in their heads in how you would like to do holidays in general...what a great idea!!
Love, Love, Love you!!!
